Indication

Treatment and prevention of vitamin B1, B6, and B12 deficiencies. Used as adjunct therapy in peripheral neuropathy, nerve pain, and neurological disorders.

Ingredients

• Mecobalamin (Methylcobalamin) 500 mcg
• Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 100 mg
• Thiamine mononitrate (Vitamin B1) 100 mg

Direction

Adults: 1 capsule once to three times daily, or as directed by a physician. Take with or after food.

Side effects

• Nausea (rare).
• Allergic reactions (rare).
• Sensory neuropathy with long
• term high
• dose B6 (rare).

Precautions

• Keep out of reach of children.
• Consult a doctor before use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
• High
• dose pyridoxine (B6) over prolonged periods may cause sensory neuropathy.
• Mecobalamin should be used with caution in patients with Leber's hereditary optic atrophy.
