Minagine 400 mg / 62.5 mg / 20 mg

Indication

Symptomatic treatment of moderate to severe pain that does not respond to peripheral analgesics (such as paracetamol alone).

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 400 mg
• Caffeine 62.5 mg
• Codeine phosphate hemihydrate 20 mg

Direction

Adults only. Take 1 capsule, repeat after 4 hours if necessary, or 2 capsules per dose in case of severe pain, without exceeding 6 capsules per day. Leave at least 4 hours between doses. Swallow the capsules with a glass of water.

• Risk of dependence and withdrawal symptoms with prolonged use
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist if any severe or persistent reaction occurs.

Precautions

• Prescription only medicine
• use only as directed by a physician.
• Contains codeine: can cause drowsiness and dependence
• do not use for more than a few days without medical advice.
• Do not exceed the recommended dose
• maximum 6 capsules per day (3 g paracetamol
• 120 mg codeine).
• Do not use with alcohol
• sedatives or other paracetamol
• containing medicines.
• Avoid in severe respiratory disease
• asthma
• liver or kidney impairment
• pregnancy and breastfeeding unless advised by a doctor.
• Keep out of reach of children.
