Hi-Dine 10%

Indication

Topical antiseptic for disinfection of intact or broken skin and minor cuts, scrapes and burns to help prevent infection.

Ingredients

• Povidone iodine 10% (equivalent to 1% available iodine)

Direction

For external use only. Read the leaflet carefully. Apply a small amount to the affected area 1 to 3 times daily; may be covered with a sterile bandage once dry.

Side effects

• Skin irritation or redness may occur
• stop use and ask a doctor or pharmacist if irritation develops.
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use and stop if irritation or allergy occurs.

Precautions

• For external use only. Do not use in the eyes.
• Do not use if allergic or sensitive to iodine
• and do not apply over large areas of the body.
• Do not use for longer than 1 week unless directed by a doctor
• ask a doctor if the condition persists for more than 72 hours.
• Avoid frequent use in pregnancy and breastfeeding
• consult a doctor or pharmacist first.
• Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.
