Indication
For deficiency and increased requirement of Vitamin C, B vitamins and Zinc, e.g. during extensive physical exercise, emotional and physiological stress, and in cases of chronic alcohol abuse. Supports everyday energy release and mental performance.

- Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 500 mg
- Calcium (as calcium carbonate and calcium pantothenate) 100 mg
- Magnesium (as magnesium carbonate and magnesium sulfate dihydrate) 100 mg
- Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 50 mg
- Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5
- as calcium pantothenate) 23 mg
- Thiamine hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) 15 mg
- Riboflavin (Vitamin B2
- as riboflavin sodium phosphate) 15 mg
- Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 10 mg
- Zinc (as zinc citrate trihydrate) 10 mg
- Folic acid 400 mcg
- Biotin (Vitamin H) 150 mcg
- Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 10 mcg
Direction
Adults and children over 12 years: dissolve one effervescent tablet in a glass of cold water (about 200 ml) and drink, once daily, preferably in the morning, or as directed by your doctor. For oral use only.
Side effects
- Mild stomach upset or diarrhoea may occur occasionally
- Harmless bright yellow colouring of the urine (due to riboflavin)
- Consult a doctor or pharmacist if any side effect is troublesome or persists
- and stop use if an allergic reaction occurs.
Precautions
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Contains aspartame: phenylketonurics are warned that this product contains phenylalanine.
- Each tablet contains about 271 mg sodium
