Salverin 60 mg / 300 mg

Indication

Antispasmodic for the relief of smooth muscle spasm in conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome (cramping abdominal pain, diarrhoea, constipation, bloating, urgency), painful diverticular disease of the colon and primary dysmenorrhoea (period pain); simethicone helps relieve gas and bloating.

Ingredients

• Alverine citrate 60 mg
• Simethicone 300 mg

Direction

Oral route. Adults: 1 softgel 2 to 3 times a day, swallowed whole with water, preferably before meals, or as directed by a doctor. Consult the inserted leaflet carefully before use.

Precautions

• Do not use if allergic to alverine
• simethicone or any ingredient
• Do not use in intestinal obstruction or paralytic ileus
• See a doctor before use if symptoms are new
• if you are over 40
• or if you have blood in the stool
• fever
• unexplained weight loss
• severe constipation or abnormal vaginal bleeding
• Stop use and consult a doctor if symptoms worsen or do not improve after 2 weeks
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if pregnant or breastfeeding
• Keep out of reach of children
