Indication

Prescription anti-inflammatory and analgesic combination for the relief of pain, inflammation and swelling in conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, low back pain, musculoskeletal injuries and sprains, post-operative and dental pain, and soft-tissue inflammation; the paracetamol component also reduces fever.

Ingredients

  • Paracetamol BP 500 mg

Direction

Oral route, as directed by the physician. Usual adult dose: 1 tablet twice daily after meals, swallowed whole with water; do not crush or chew. Do not exceed the prescribed dose or duration.

  • Dizziness or headache
  • Skin rash or itching
  • Raised liver enzymes
  • Rarely
  • stomach ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding (black stools

Precautions

  • aspirin or other NSAIDs
  • or with active peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding
  • Do not take with other paracetamol
  • containing products or other NSAIDs
  • overdose of paracetamol may cause serious liver damage
  • Use with caution in liver
  • kidney or heart disease
  • hypertension
  • asthma or bleeding disorders
  • and in the elderly
  • avoid alcohol
  • Use with caution with anticoagulants
  • as serratiopeptidase and NSAIDs may increase bleeding risk
  • Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if pregnant or breastfeeding
  • avoid in late pregnancy
  • Keep out of reach of children
