Indication

Symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain and/or fever.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 300 mg

Direction

Rectal route. Children 6 to 8 years: 1 suppository, repeated if needed after 6 hours. Do not exceed 4 suppositories per day.

Side effects

• Rarely
• allergic reactions such as skin rash
• itching or swelling
• stop use and seek medical help
• Local irritation of the rectum or anus
• Very rarely
• blood disorders or liver problems
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist if any unusual effect occurs

Precautions

• Do not use if allergic to paracetamol or any ingredient
• Do not use in severe liver disease
• Do not use with other medicines containing paracetamol
• risk of overdose
• Avoid in recent rectal inflammation
• anal lesions or rectal bleeding
• Respect the minimum interval of 6 hours between doses and the maximum daily dose
• Consult a doctor if fever persists more than 3 days or pain more than 5 days
• Keep out of reach of children
