Indication

Inhale for relief of dizziness, faintness and nasal congestion from colds; rub over the skin for relief of flatulence, cramps, sprains, muscle pain and insect bites.

• Peppermint oil

Direction

For external use only. Inhale the vapour from the bottle, or rub a few drops gently over the affected area 2-3 times a day as needed.
