Indication
Vitamin and mineral supplementation to support normal energy release and mental performance.
Ingredients
- Per tablet: vitamin B1 15 mg
- B2 15 mg
- B5 23 mg
- B6 10 mg
- biotin 150 mcg
- B12 10 mcg
- vitamin C 500 mg
- nicotinamide 50 mg
- folic acid 400 mcg
- calcium 100 mg
- magnesium 100 mg and zinc 10 mg
Direction
Adults and adolescents over 12 years: dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in 200 mL water once daily, preferably in the morning.
Side effects
- May cause stomach upset
- nausea
- diarrhea
- headache or bright
- yellow urine
- allergic reactions are possible.
Precautions
- Do not exceed one tablet daily. Contains aspartame and a source of phenylalanine
- seek advice with phenylketonuria or kidney disease.
