Indication
Used as a herbal supplement to support cognitive function, memory, and circulation. May help with symptoms of mild cognitive decline and peripheral vascular disorders.
Ingredients
- Ginkgo biloba extract (as phytosome complex) 40 mg
Direction
Adults: 1 tablet once or twice daily with food, or as directed by a physician.
Side effects
- Generally well tolerated.
- Headache
- gastrointestinal upset.
- Rarely: increased bleeding tendency
- allergic skin reactions.
Precautions
- May increase bleeding risk — use with caution in patients on anticoagulants or antiplatelet drugs.
- Discontinue at least 2 weeks before surgery.
- Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Consult a doctor before use if on any prescription medications.
- Keep out of reach of children.
