MINAGINE Paracetamol 400mg + Caféine 62.5mg + Codéine 20mg

Indication

Used for the short-term relief of moderate pain that is not adequately controlled by non-opioid analgesics alone. The combination of paracetamol, caffeine, and codeine provides enhanced pain relief.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 400 mg
• Caffeine 62.5 mg
• Codeine phosphate 20 mg

Direction

Adults: 1–2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours. Not recommended for children under 18 years. Use for the shortest possible duration.

Side effects

• Drowsiness

• Constipation
• nausea
• vomiting.
• Respiratory depression at high doses.
• Dependence and withdrawal with prolonged use.

Precautions

• Contains codeine — risk of dependence and misuse.
• Not recommended in children and adolescents under 18 years.
• Not for use in patients with respiratory depression
• asthma
• or severe hepatic impairment.
• Avoid alcohol and sedatives — risk of enhanced CNS depression.
• Do not take with other paracetamol
• containing products.
• Not for use during pregnancy without medical advice.
