Indication

A combination cold remedy used to relieve nasal congestion and mild to moderate pain associated with cold and flu, including headache, blocked nose, and fever.

Ingredients

Paracetamol 300 mg
Phenylephrine hydrochloride 0.5 mg

Direction

Adults: 1–2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours. Not for children under 12 without medical advice.

Side effects

Nausea
stomach upset.
Nervousness
insomnia (due to phenylephrine).
Increased blood pressure in sensitive individuals.
Rarely: allergic reactions.

Precautions

Do not take with other paracetamol
containing or decongestant
containing products.
Use with caution in patients with hypertension
heart disease
diabetes
or thyroid disorders.
Not recommended during pregnancy without medical advice.
Keep out of reach of children.
