RHINORIL 300mg + 0.5mg

Indication

A combination cold remedy used to relieve nasal congestion and mild to moderate pain associated with cold and flu, including headache, blocked nose, and fever.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 300 mg
• Phenylephrine hydrochloride 0.5 mg

Direction

Adults: 1–2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours. Not for children under 12 without medical advice.

Side effects

• Nausea
• stomach upset.
• Nervousness
• insomnia (due to phenylephrine).
• Increased blood pressure in sensitive individuals.
• Rarely: allergic reactions.

Precautions

• Do not take with other paracetamol
• containing or decongestant
• containing products.
• Use with caution in patients with hypertension
• heart disease
• diabetes
• or thyroid disorders.
• Not recommended during pregnancy without medical advice.
• Keep out of reach of children.
