Indication

Local supportive treatment of mild sore throat without fever.

Ingredients

• Cetylpyridinium chloride 1.5 mg
• Lysozyme hydrochloride 520

Direction

Adults and children over 6 years: 3 to 6 lozenges per day, allowed to dissolve slowly in the mouth. Leave at least 2 hours between each lozenge. Do not use for more than 5 days without medical advice.

Side effects

• Allergic reactions (skin rash
• itching
• swelling) have been reported with lysozyme
• containing products
• Excess sorbitol may cause digestive discomfort or diarrhoea
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use and stop if irritation or allergy occurs.

Precautions

• Do not use if allergic to lysozyme or egg
• or to any ingredient
• not for children under 6 years.
• Consult a doctor if fever
• purulent sputum or difficulty swallowing occurs
• or if symptoms persist beyond 5 days.
• Contains sorbitol — not recommended in hereditary fructose intolerance.
• Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use and stop if irritation or allergy occurs.
