Indication

Symptomatic relief of common cold and flu symptoms such as fever, headache, body aches, nasal congestion, runny nose and sneezing.

Ingredients

• Phenylephrine hydrochloride BP 10 mg
• Paracetamol BP 500 mg
• Chlorpheniramine maleate BP 2 mg
• Caffeine anhydrous BP 30 mg

Direction

As directed by the physician. Usual adult dose: 1 tablet up to 3-4 times daily; do not exceed the stated dose. Read the leaflet inside carefully before use.

Side effects

• Drowsiness
• dizziness or dry mouth (chlorpheniramine).
• Nervousness
• insomnia
• palpitations or raised blood pressure (phenylephrine
• caffeine).
• Nausea or stomach upset
• rarely allergic skin reactions.

Precautions

• Overdose of paracetamol may be injurious to the liver
• do not take with other paracetamol
• containing products.
• May cause drowsiness
