Indication

Treatment of diffuse alopecia (hair loss) in adults.

Ingredients

• Biotin (vitamin H) 5 mg/1 ml

Direction

For intramuscular injection, given by a healthcare professional. For treatment of alopecia in adults, attack dose: 1 to 2 ampoules by I.M. injection, 3 times a week. Read the pack insert carefully before use.

Side effects

• Rarely allergic reactions (skin rash
• itching).
• Pain or reaction at the injection site.

Precautions

• Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients (contains methyl and propyl parahydroxybenzoate).
• Biotin can interfere with some laboratory tests (e.g. thyroid and troponin immunoassays)
