B-Aspirin 81 mg

Indication

Antiplatelet therapy to help prevent blood clots (thrombosis) in cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, such as prevention of heart attack and stroke.

Ingredients

• Aspirin 81 mg (enteric coated)

Direction

Take 1 tablet by mouth once daily, or as directed by a physician. Swallow whole with water; do not crush or chew the enteric-coated tablet.

Side effects

• Stomach upset
• heartburn or nausea
• Increased tendency to bleed or bruise
• Stomach or intestinal bleeding with long
• term use
• May provoke asthma attacks in sensitive people

Precautions

• Do not use for pain or fever in children and teenagers under 18 years except on the advice of a doctor
• Do not use for pain or fever in patients who have or are recovering from influenza
• haemorrhagic fever or chickenpox
