Indication

Multivitamin and mineral supplement (B-group vitamins with vitamin C, calcium, magnesium and zinc) to support energy release, neurological and physical performance, and to help prevent vitamin B and C deficiency in times of stress, fatigue or poor diet.

• Vitamin C 500 mg
• Vitamin B1 11.8 mg
• Vitamin B2 15 mg
• Vitamin B3 (nicotinamide) 50 mg
• Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) 23 mg
• Vitamin B6 8.22 mg
• Vitamin B12 10 mcg
• Biotin 150 mcg
• Folic acid 400 mcg
• Calcium 100 mg
• Magnesium 100 mg
• Zinc 10 mg

Direction

Adults and children over 12 years: dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in a glass of water (about 200 ml) once daily. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not swallow the tablet whole.

Side effects

• Mild stomach upset or diarrhoea
• Harmless bright yellow colouring of urine (due to vitamin B2)
