Indication

Symptomatic relief of stomach pain, burning and discomfort associated with gastric hyperacidity, heartburn, gastritis, gastro-oesophageal reflux and peptic ulcer.

Ingredients

• Colloidal aluminium phosphate gel 20% 12.38 g per sachet (20 g)

Direction

Oral use. Knead the sachet before opening; take pure or diluted in half a glass of water. Adults: 1-2 sachets 2-3 times daily, after meals or when symptoms occur.

Side effects

• Constipation
• especially in elderly or bedridden patients
• Long
• term use at high doses may cause phosphate or aluminium imbalance
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use and stop if irritation or allergy occurs.

Precautions

• Use with caution in severe kidney impairment
• Separate from other oral medicines by about 2 hours
• Contains sorbitol: avoid in hereditary fructose intolerance
• Consult a doctor if pain persists more than 10 days or with vomiting blood or black stools
