Indication

Prevention and treatment of vitamin B1, B6 and B12 deficiency, such as numbness/tingling (peripheral neuritis) and anaemia.

Ingredients

• Vitamin B1 (thiamine) 100 mg
• Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) 5 mg
• Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 65 mcg

Direction

Adults: 1-2 tablets, 2-3 times a day after meals, or as directed by the physician.

Side effects

• Generally well tolerated
• occasionally mild stomach upset or nausea.
• Rarely allergic skin reactions
• urine may turn bright yellow.
