Zymaduo 150 IU vitamin D3 + 0.138 mg sodium fluoride per drop (12 ml)

Indication

Prevention of vitamin D deficiency (rickets) and of dental caries in infants aged 6 to 18 months.

Ingredients

• Cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) 150 IU per drop
• Sodium fluoride 0.138 mg per drop (0.0625 mg fluoride)

Direction

Oral use. Usually 4 drops once daily, given directly or diluted in a little water or fruit juice (avoid milk drinks), or as directed by the doctor.

Side effects

• Excess fluoride over time can cause dental fluorosis (spots on teeth).
• Vitamin D overdose may cause loss of appetite
• vomiting
• constipation
• excessive thirst.

Precautions

• Do not combine with other vitamin D or fluoride supplements without medical advice
