Alpha Choay 21 microkatals

Indication

Enzyme anti-inflammatory used to reduce oedema and swelling after trauma, surgery or burns.

Ingredients

• Alpha
• chymotrypsin 21 microkatals

Direction

Oral route: swallow 2 tablets 3 to 4 times daily with plenty of water. Sublingual route: 4 to 6 tablets per day in divided doses, allowed to dissolve slowly under the tongue. Use as prescribed by a doctor.

Side effects

• Mild digestive disturbances such as nausea
• bloating
• diarrhoea or stool changes
• Allergic reactions (rare)

Precautions

• Do not use if allergic to any component
• Contraindicated in alpha
• 1 antitrypsin deficiency (e.g. COPD
• emphysema
• nephrotic syndrome)
