Efferalganmed Pédiatrique 30 mg/ml (90 ml)

Indication

Analgesic and antipyretic for children: treatment of pain and/or fever such as headache, flu-like states, toothache and body aches.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 30 mg/ml (3 g per 100 ml)

Direction

Oral use. The dose depends on the child's weight: use only the dosing syringe supplied (graduated in kg), about 15 mg/kg per dose, repeated if needed after at least 6 hours, without exceeding 4 doses (60 mg/kg) per day. The solution can be taken pure or diluted in a small amount of water, milk or fruit juice. Open the child-resistant cap by pressing and turning.

Side effects

• Skin rash or allergic reactions (rare)
• Blood disorders (very rare)
• Liver damage in case of overdose
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use and stop if irritation or allergy occurs.

Precautions

• Overdose is dangerous: exceeding the dose can destroy the liver
• Reserved for children weighing 3 to 32 kg

• Respect the dose per intake

• Do not give any other medicine containing paracetamol
• Contains sucrose and propylene glycol
