Colicaid 40 mg/ml simethicone (30 ml)

Indication

Relieves infant colic, griping pain and flatulence (gas) in infants and toddlers.

Ingredients

• Simethicone 40 mg/ml (as simethicone emulsion USP)
• Dill oil BP 0.005 ml/ml
• Fennel oil USP
• NF 0.0007 ml/ml

Direction

Shake well before use; use the calibrated dropper provided (about 25 drops = 1 ml). Infants below 6 months: 5-10 drops 4 times daily, 15 minutes before feed. Infants 6-12 months: 10-20 drops 4 times daily, 15 minutes before feed. Children over 1 year: 20-25 drops 4 times daily, 15 minutes before meals, or as directed by the physician. Replace the cap tightly after each use.

Precautions

• Contains a sucrose base
• caution in hereditary sugar intolerance.
• See a doctor if the baby has fever
• vomiting
• blood in stools
• poor feeding or persistent crying.
