Indication
Mixed-fruit flavoured chewable vitamin C pastilles to supplement children's daily vitamin C intake and support normal immune function.
Ingredients
- Vitamin C 30 mg per pastille
Direction
Children above 2 years: chew 1 sachet (5 pastilles, 150 mg vitamin C) daily, or as advised by a doctor or pharmacist.
Side effects
- Generally well tolerated
- mild stomach upset or diarrhoea if taken in excess
- Allergic reaction to colourings or gelatin (rare)
- Consult a doctor or pharmacist if irritation or allergy occurs and stop use.
Precautions
- Contains bovine gelatin
- sugar and artificial colourings (tartrazine E102
- sunset yellow E110
- allura red E129
- brilliant blue E133).
- Do not exceed the recommended daily intake
- supervise young children while chewing.
- Consult a doctor or pharmacist if irritation or allergy occurs and stop use.
