Doliprane 500 mg (tablet)

Indication

Contains paracetamol. Indicated for mild to moderate pain and/or fever, such as headaches, flu-like conditions, toothache, aching muscles, painful periods and painful flare-ups of osteoarthritis.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 500 mg

Direction

Oral use. Adults and children weighing 50 kg or more (about 15 years and older): 1 to 2 tablets per dose, swallowed with a glass of water. Leave at least 4 hours between doses and do not take more than 6 tablets per day without medical advice. Children weighing 27 to 49 kg (about 8 to 15 years): follow the package leaflet.

Side effects

• Rare allergic reactions such as skin rash
• hives or swelling.
• Very rarely
• changes in blood counts (e.g. low platelets).
• Overdose can cause serious liver damage.
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist if unsure
• stop use and seek advice if an allergic reaction occurs.

Precautions

• Do not exceed the recommended dose or use with other paracetamol
• containing medicines.
• Use with caution in liver or kidney disease
• alcohol use or low body weight.
• If fever lasts more than 3 days or pain more than 5 days
• see a doctor.
• Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist if unsure
