Indication

Elbow support for strains and sprains, arthritis or bursitis, pain and inflammation, chronic swelling and oedema, and sports injuries.

Ingredients

• Elastic compression fabric

Direction

Measure the circumference around the elbow in extended position to choose size (S 18-25, M 25-30, L 30-35, XL 35-40 cm). With the arm extended, pull the support firmly over the elbow and make sure it sits in the desired position.

Side effects

• Possible skin irritation
• itching or redness from the fabric (some versions contain latex).
• Numbness
• tingling or swelling if worn too tight.
