Indication

Rapid qualitative detection of dengue virus NS1 antigen and IgG/IgM antibodies in whole blood, serum or plasma, as an aid in the diagnosis of dengue infection (NS1 for early/acute infection, IgM for recent and IgG for past or secondary infection).

• Immunochromatographic test cassette detecting dengue NS1 antigen and anti
• dengue IgG/IgM antibodies

Direction

For use by health professionals. Bring the kit to room temperature. Add the specified volume of whole blood, serum or plasma to the sample wells (NS1 and IgG/IgM), followed by the buffer as directed in the package insert. Read results within the time stated in the insert (typically 15–20 minutes). A control line must appear for the test to be valid.
