MediTears 0.1% / 0.3% (15 ml)

Indication

Artificial tears: lubricant for the relief of dry eye and eye irritation or discomfort associated with deficient tear secretion, and for temporary relief of burning and irritation due to dryness of the eye.

Ingredients

• Dextran 70 0.1%
• Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose 0.3%

Direction

Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed, or as directed by a doctor. Refer to the package insert. Do not touch the dropper tip to any surface.

Side effects

• Temporary blurred vision
• mild stinging or eye irritation after instillation.
• Stop use and ask a doctor if eye pain
• changes in vision
• or continued redness or irritation occur.
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use and stop if irritation or allergy occurs.

Precautions

• Contains benzalkonium chloride 0.005%
• remove soft contact lenses before use and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting.
• Do not touch the dropper tip to any surface
• replace cap after use.
• Do not use if the solution changes colour or becomes cloudy.
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use and stop if irritation or allergy occurs.
