Quemox 500 mg

Indication

Single-dose treatment of hookworm, pinworm, whipworm, roundworm and threadworm in single and/or mixed infestations.

Ingredients

• Mebendazole 500 mg

Direction

Same dosage for adults and children above 2 years: chew 1 tablet as a single dose. A second course is recommended if not cured after 2 to 3 weeks. For prevention, take one dose every 6 months.

Side effects

• Abdominal pain
• nausea or diarrhoea
• Rash or other allergic reactions (rare)
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use and stop if irritation or allergy occurs.

Precautions

• Do not use during pregnancy
• Not for children under 2 years
• Do not use if allergic to mebendazole
• Contains lactose
