Indication

Prevention of multivitamin and mineral deficiencies.

Direction

One capsule to be taken daily or as directed by a physician. Read the instructions carefully before use.

• Mild stomach upset
• nausea or constipation
• Dark stools (due to iron) and bright yellow urine (due to vitamin B2)
