Indication

Traditional peppermint spirit: a few drops on a lump of sugar or in water to help digestion, relieve stomach pains and fatigue and freshen the breath; in tea or warm drinks to help with colds; applied externally to soothe headaches, cool the skin and as an antiseptic.

Ingredients

• Alcohol 80%
• Peppermint Oil 1.32%
• Distilled Water to 100%

Direction

Adults: 7-8 drops orally 3 times daily, diluted on a lump of sugar or in warm water (never drink undiluted). Children: 2-3 drops 3 times daily. External use: apply to the affected skin areas.

• May cause stomach discomfort

Precautions

• Contains 80% alcohol: do not drink undiluted and do not use where alcohol intake must be avoided.
