Flemex Kids 100 mg/5 mL (60 mL)

Indication

Mucolytic syrup for children that thins thick bronchial mucus and eases cough with phlegm, for example in colds and acute bronchitis.

Ingredients

• Carbocysteine 100 mg per 5 mL

Direction

Children 2-5 years: 1 teaspoonful (5 mL) 1-2 times daily, or as prescribed by a physician. Use for short courses only.

• Nausea
• stomach upset
• diarrhoea
• Allergic skin reactions such as rash or itching (rare)
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use and stop if irritation or allergy occurs.

Precautions

• Do not use in children under 2 years or in case of allergy to carbocysteine.
• Do not use with active stomach or duodenal ulcer.
• Do not combine with cough suppressants or drying medicines
