Indication

Symptomatic treatment of pain and/or fever in infants and children. Symptomatic treatment of juvenile chronic arthritis.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 125 mg/5 ml
• Ibuprofen 100 mg/5 ml

Direction

Oral route, for infants and children from 3 months to 12 years (about 40 kg). Pain and/or fever: 1 ml to 1.5 ml/kg/day (20 to 30 mg/kg/day of ibuprofen) divided into 3 to 4 doses, without exceeding 1.5 ml/kg/day. Juvenile chronic arthritis: 1.5 ml to 2 ml/kg/day (30 to 40 mg/kg/day of ibuprofen) divided into 3 to 4 doses. Shake well before use.

Side effects

• Rarely gastrointestinal bleeding

• Rarely bronchospasm in sensitive patients

Precautions

• Do not use in children under 3 months
• Do not use with allergy to paracetamol
• ibuprofen
• aspirin or other NSAIDs
• Do not use with active stomach ulcer or bleeding
• severe kidney
• liver or heart disease
• dehydration or chickenpox
• Do not combine with other medicines containing paracetamol or NSAIDs
• Do not exceed the recommended dose
• Keep out of reach of children
