Panol 125 mg/5 ml (100 ml)

Indication

Symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain and/or fever such as headache, toothache, back pain, body aches and myalgia in infants and children.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 125 mg/5 ml

Direction

Oral route. 4 to 11 months: 2.5 to 5 ml; 12 to 23 months: 5 ml; 2 to 5 years: 7.5 ml; 6 to 8 years: 10 to 12.5 ml; 9 to 11 years: 15 ml; over 12 years: 20 ml. The dose may be repeated every 6 hours if needed. Do not exceed 4 doses per day.

Side effects

• Side effects are rare at recommended doses
• Allergic skin reactions such as rash
• itching or hives
• Rarely blood disorders
• Liver damage with overdose
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if any unusual reaction occurs

Precautions

• Do not exceed 4 doses per day
• keep at least 6 hours between doses
• Do not use with other medicines containing paracetamol
• Do not use in case of allergy to paracetamol or severe liver disease
• In case of overdose seek medical help immediately
• even without symptoms
• Keep out of reach of children
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if fever lasts more than 3 days or pain more than 5 days
