Indication

Gentle liquid iron food supplement with zinc and B complex to help support normal formation of haemoglobin and red blood cells and normal oxygen transport, and to help reduce tiredness and fatigue. May be of particular benefit for athletes and for women during pregnancy or the monthly cycle.

• Zinc 6 mg/10 ml
• Thiamin (vitamin B1) 10 mg/10 ml

• Vitamin B6 2 mg/10 ml
• Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 10 mcg/10 ml

Direction

Children 1-2 years: half a teaspoonful (approx. 2.5 ml) twice daily. Children 3-12 years: 1 teaspoonful (approx. 5 ml) 2-3 times daily. Adults: 1 teaspoonful twice daily. During menstruation or pregnancy, one to two teaspoonfuls twice daily is recommended. Shake well before use. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
