Indication
Herbal food supplement taken daily to help relieve bloating, flatulence, nausea, colds, sore throat, cough, dizziness, motion sickness and abdominal cramps, during menstruation and fatigue; also helps support the immune system.

- Zingiberis officinale rhizome (ginger)
- Foeniculi fructus (fennel)
- Mentha arvensis
- Mentha piperita (peppermint)
- Syzygium aromaticum folium (clove leaf)
- Helicteres isorae fructus
- Mel depuratum (honey)
Direction
Adults: 1-3 sachets a day. Shake the sachet, tear open and drink directly, or mix with warm water.
