Magnesi-B6 470 mg / 5 mg

Indication

Treatment of magnesium deficiency, alone or associated, with symptoms such as nervousness, irritability, mild anxiety, fatigue, sleep disturbance, muscle cramps or tingling, and palpitations.

Ingredients

• Magnesium lactate dihydrate 470 mg
• Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 5 mg

Direction

Swallow the tablets whole with a glass of water, divided into 2-3 doses a day with meals. Adults: 6-8 tablets a day. Children over 6 years (about 20 kg): 4-6 tablets a day. Stop when magnesium levels return to normal. Read the enclosed leaflet before use.

Side effects

• Diarrhoea and abdominal pain.
• Allergic skin reactions (rare).
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use and stop if irritation or allergy occurs.

Precautions

• Do not use in severe kidney impairment (creatinine clearance below 30 ml/min)
• in hypersensitivity to any ingredient
• or together with levodopa.
• Not for children under 6 years
• if taken with calcium
• take magnesium separately (calcium may reduce its absorption).
