Bioplacenton 15g

Indication

Bioplacenton is a wound healing gel used for the treatment of burns, wounds, and skin ulcers. The placenta extract promotes tissue regeneration and neomycin prevents secondary bacterial infection.

Ingredients

• Placenta extract 10%
• Neomycin sulfate 0.5%

Direction

Adults: Apply to the affected area 1–2 times daily after cleaning the wound. Cover with a clean dressing if necessary. Continue until the wound heals. Consult a doctor for severe or deep wounds.

Side effects

• Skin irritation or redness at the application site.
• Contact dermatitis from neomycin.
• Allergic reactions (rare).

Precautions

• Avoid contact with eyes.
• Not for internal use.
• Do not apply to deep puncture wounds or animal bites without medical advice.
• Neomycin may cause contact sensitisation
• discontinue if allergic reaction occurs.
• Consult a doctor if wound does not heal within 2 weeks.
• Keep out of reach of children.
