Strepsils COOL 24 lozenges

Indication

Strepsils COOL lozenges are used for the relief of sore throat, mouth infections, and discomfort associated with pharyngitis. The menthol component provides a cooling sensation and helps relieve throat irritation.

Ingredients

• Amylmetacresol 0.6 mg
• 2
• 4
• Dichlorobenzyl alcohol 1.2 mg

Direction

Adults and children 6 years and over: Dissolve one lozenge slowly in the mouth every 2–3 hours as needed. Do not exceed 8 lozenges in 24 hours. Do not chew or swallow whole.

Side effects

• Mild irritation in the mouth or throat.
• Allergic reactions in sensitive individuals (rare).
• Nausea (rare).

Precautions

• Not recommended for children under 6 years of age.
• Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients.
• If symptoms persist for more than 3 days
