NanoTeC 10mg

Indication

NanoTeC is an antihistamine used for the relief of symptoms of allergic rhinitis (both seasonal and perennial), allergic conjunctivitis, and chronic idiopathic urticaria (hives), including sneezing, runny nose, itchy and watery eyes, and skin rash.

Ingredients

• Cetirizine dihydrochloride 10 mg

Direction

Adults and children 12 years and over: 10 mg (1 tablet) once daily. Tablets may be taken with or without food. Children 6–11 years: 5 mg once daily (half tablet) under medical supervision. Take with water.

Side effects

• Drowsiness or somnolence.
• Dry mouth.
• Headache.
• Dizziness.
• Fatigue.
• Nausea.
• Pharyngitis (sore throat).

Precautions

• May cause drowsiness
• avoid driving or operating machinery until effect is known.
• Avoid alcohol during treatment.
• Use with caution in patients with renal or hepatic impairment
• dose adjustment may be required.
• Not recommended for children under 6 years without medical advice.
• Consult a doctor during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• Keep out of reach of children.
