Nautamine 90mg

Indication

Nautamine is an antihistamine used for the prevention and treatment of nausea, vomiting, and dizziness associated with motion sickness (travel sickness).

Ingredients

• Diphenhydramine hydrochloride 90 mg

Direction

Adults: 1 tablet (90 mg) 30 minutes before travel. May repeat every 4–6 hours if needed. Do not exceed 3 tablets in 24 hours. Children 6–12 years: Half the adult dose under medical supervision.

Side effects

• Drowsiness and sedation.
• Dry mouth.
• Blurred vision.
• Urinary retention.
• Constipation.
• Dizziness.
• Headache.

Precautions

• Causes significant drowsiness
• do not drive or operate machinery.
• Avoid alcohol during treatment.
• Use with caution in patients with glaucoma
• enlarged prostate
• or urinary retention.
• Not recommended for children under 6 years.
• Consult a doctor during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• Avoid concurrent use with other CNS depressants.
• Keep out of reach of children.
