AIRROX Simethicone 80mg

Indication

AIRROX is an antiflatulent used for the relief of symptoms associated with excess gas in the gastrointestinal tract, including bloating, pressure, fullness, and pain caused by gas in the stomach and intestines.

Ingredients

• Simethicone 80 mg

Direction

Adults and children over 12 years: 1–2 tablets (80–160 mg) after meals and at bedtime as needed. Maximum: 4 tablets (320 mg) per day. Chew tablets thoroughly before swallowing, or swallow whole with water. Children under 12 years: Use under medical supervision.

Side effects

• Simethicone is generally very well tolerated.
• Mild nausea (rare).
• Diarrhoea (rare).

Precautions

• Consult a doctor if symptoms persist for more than 2 weeks.
• Not a treatment for underlying gastrointestinal disorders.
• Keep out of reach of children.
