Indication

Tanil-500 is used for the symptomatic treatment of balance disorders, including vertigo (dizziness), unsteadiness, and other vestibular disturbances. Acetyl-DL-leucine acts centrally to restore vestibular compensation.

Ingredients

• Acetyl
• DL
• leucine 500 mg

Direction

Adults: 1–2 tablets (500–1000 mg) 3 times daily, or as directed by a doctor. Take with a glass of water, with or without food.

Side effects

• Nausea (mild).
• Gastrointestinal discomfort.
• Headache (rare).

Precautions

• Consult a doctor if vertigo or dizziness persists beyond 2 weeks.
• Use with caution in patients with renal impairment.
• Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding without medical advice.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Not a substitute for investigation and treatment of the underlying cause of vertigo.
