Indication

Used for the relief of mild to moderate pain including headache, muscular pain, backache, dental pain, dysmenorrhea, and fever.

Ingredients

• Ibuprofen 200 mg
• Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) 325 mg

Direction

Adults and children over 12 years: 1–2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed. Maximum 6 tablets per 24 hours. Take with food or milk.

Side effects

• Gastrointestinal upset (nausea
• heartburn
• abdominal pain)
• Dizziness
• Headache
• Hypersensitivity reactions (rash
• bronchospasm — rare)
• Liver toxicity with excessive paracetamol (rare)

Precautions

• Do not exceed the recommended dose — risk of paracetamol hepatotoxicity.
• Do not take with other NSAIDs
• aspirin
• or products containing paracetamol/ibuprofen.
• Avoid in patients with peptic ulcer
• severe renal or hepatic impairment.
• Use with caution in patients with cardiovascular disease
• asthma
• or coagulation disorders.
• Avoid alcohol when taking this product.
