Indication
Used for the relief of mild to moderate pain including headache, muscular pain, backache, dental pain, dysmenorrhea, and fever.
Ingredients
- Ibuprofen 200 mg
- Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) 325 mg
Direction
Adults and children over 12 years: 1–2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed. Maximum 6 tablets per 24 hours. Take with food or milk.
Side effects
- Gastrointestinal upset (nausea
- heartburn
- abdominal pain)
- Dizziness
- Headache
- Hypersensitivity reactions (rash
- bronchospasm — rare)
- Liver toxicity with excessive paracetamol (rare)
Precautions
- Do not exceed the recommended dose — risk of paracetamol hepatotoxicity.
- Do not take with other NSAIDs
- aspirin
- or products containing paracetamol/ibuprofen.
- Avoid in patients with peptic ulcer
- severe renal or hepatic impairment.
- Use with caution in patients with cardiovascular disease
- asthma
- or coagulation disorders.
- Avoid alcohol when taking this product.
