Paracetamol 500mg

Indication

Paracetamol is used for the relief of mild to moderate pain including headache, toothache, backache, rheumatic and muscle pain, and for the reduction of fever.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 500 mg

Direction

Adults and children 12 years and over: 1–2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed. Do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours. Children under 12 years: consult a doctor.

Side effects

• Rarely: skin rashes or allergic reactions.
• In overdose: serious liver damage — seek medical attention immediately.

Precautions

• Do not exceed the recommended dose.
• Do not take with other paracetamol
• containing products.
• Avoid use in patients with severe liver or kidney impairment.
• Consult a doctor before use if you consume alcohol regularly.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• If symptoms persist for more than 3 days
