SaRa Paracetamol Paracetamol 120mg/5ml

Indication

SaRa Paracetamol suspension is used to relieve mild to moderate pain and to reduce fever in infants and young children.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 120 mg per 5 ml

Direction

Children 3–6 months: 2.5 ml (60 mg) every 4–6 hours. Children 6 months–2 years: 5 ml (120 mg) every 4–6 hours. Children 2–4 years: 7.5 ml (180 mg) every 4–6 hours. Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours. Shake well before use.

Side effects

• Rare at recommended doses.
• Liver damage in overdose.
• Allergic skin reactions (rash) — rare.

Precautions

• Do not exceed the recommended dose
• overdose can cause serious liver damage.
• Do not use with other paracetamol
• containing products.
• Consult a doctor if fever lasts more than 3 days or pain more than 5 days.
• Keep out of reach of children.
