Indication

Locetine-10 is a third-generation antihistamine used for the relief of symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis (seasonal and perennial), chronic idiopathic urticaria, and other allergic skin disorders.

Ingredients

• Levocetirizine hydrochloride 10 mg

Direction

Adults and adolescents 12 years and over: Take 1 tablet (10 mg) once daily in the evening. Note: standard levocetirizine dose is 5 mg; 10 mg is a double dose — use only as directed by a physician.

Side effects

• Drowsiness or somnolence.
• Dry mouth.
• Headache.
• Fatigue.
• Nausea.

Precautions

• Use with caution in patients with renal impairment (dose reduction may be required).
• May cause drowsiness
• avoid driving or operating machinery.
• Avoid alcohol.
• Keep out of reach of children.
