Indication
Tiril PLUS is a combination cold and flu preparation used for symptomatic relief of fever, nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and productive cough associated with upper respiratory tract infections.
Ingredients
- Paracetamol 500 mg
- Phenylephrine hydrochloride 5 mg
- Levocetirizine hydrochloride 5 mg
- Ambroxol hydrochloride 30 mg
Direction
Adults and children 12 years and over: Take 1 tablet twice daily (morning and evening), or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed 2 tablets in 24 hours.
Side effects
- Drowsiness.
- Dry mouth.
- Nausea.
- Elevated blood pressure or heart rate (phenylephrine).
- Headache.
Precautions
- Do not take with other paracetamol
- containing products.
- Avoid in hypertension or cardiovascular disease (phenylephrine).
- May cause drowsiness (levocetirizine)
- avoid driving.
- Avoid alcohol.
- Consult a doctor if symptoms persist beyond 5โ7 days.
- Keep out of reach of children.
