Tiril PLUS Paracetamol 500mg/Phenylephrine 5mg/Levocetirizine 5mg/Ambroxol 30mg

Indication

Tiril PLUS is a combination cold and flu preparation used for symptomatic relief of fever, nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and productive cough associated with upper respiratory tract infections.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 500 mg
• Phenylephrine hydrochloride 5 mg
• Levocetirizine hydrochloride 5 mg
• Ambroxol hydrochloride 30 mg

Direction

Adults and children 12 years and over: Take 1 tablet twice daily (morning and evening), or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed 2 tablets in 24 hours.

Side effects

• Drowsiness.
• Dry mouth.
• Nausea.
• Elevated blood pressure or heart rate (phenylephrine).
• Headache.

Precautions

• Do not take with other paracetamol
• containing products.
• Avoid in hypertension or cardiovascular disease (phenylephrine).
• May cause drowsiness (levocetirizine)
• avoid driving.
• Avoid alcohol.
• Consult a doctor if symptoms persist beyond 5–7 days.
• Keep out of reach of children.
