Indication
Levocetimark 10 is a second-generation antihistamine (R-enantiomer of cetirizine) used to relieve symptoms of allergic rhinitis and chronic idiopathic urticaria. It is effective for sneezing, nasal congestion, itching, runny nose, and hives.
Ingredients
- Levocetirizine dihydrochloride 10 mg
Direction
Adults and children 12 years and over: Take one 10 mg tablet once daily, in the evening, with or without food. Note: The standard dose of levocetirizine is 5 mg once daily; a 10 mg dose should be used only on medical advice. Children 6–12 years: 5 mg once daily. Dose reduction required in renal impairment.

- Headache
- Fatigue
- Nausea (rare)
Precautions
- Do not use if allergic to levocetirizine
- cetirizine
- or piperazine derivatives.
- May cause drowsiness — use caution when driving or operating machinery.
- Contraindicated in patients with severe renal impairment (eGFR < 10 mL/min).
- Avoid alcohol.
- Consult a doctor before use in pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Keep out of reach of children.
