Tiril Plus 2 Cold-Flu Paracetamol 500mg combo

Indication

Tiril Plus 2 is a combination cold and flu remedy used for symptomatic relief of fever, headache, body ache, nasal congestion, runny nose, and sneezing associated with the common cold and influenza.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 500 mg
• Phenylephrine HCl
• Chlorpheniramine maleate

Direction

Adults and children 12 years and over: Take 1–2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours. Take with or after food.

• Increased blood pressure (phenylephrine)

Precautions

• Do not exceed recommended dose — risk of paracetamol hepatotoxicity.
• Do not use concurrently with other paracetamol
• containing products.
• Chlorpheniramine causes drowsiness — avoid driving or operating machinery.
• Phenylephrine: use with caution in hypertension
• heart disease
• diabetes
• and hyperthyroidism.
• Do not use within 14 days of MAO inhibitor therapy.
• Avoid alcohol during treatment.
• Keep out of reach of children.
